This is a smoke-free house. Please do not smoke, vape, or use e-cigarettes inside the house. You may smoke outdoors, but must clean up after yourselves. If smoking paraphernalia or trash is found, an additional $100 cleaning fee will be incurred.

Accidents happen. Should you break anything minor, such as smash a glass or chip a plate, we won't charge. Just please let us know so we can plan accordingly. Larger damages will require agreement on repair or replacement costs. Keep us informed as soon as something major occurs.
